It had all of the action for the big screen. Definitely a movie worth going to see on the big screen. Daniel Craig was very brooding, would have been nice to have seen some of the familiar Bond charm and sense of humour which only seemed to surface once in this movie. Either way, very action packed and entertaining.

The movie as always had good effects, except for the car chase scenes where they go too close to see anything. It has been criticized for showing Bond as a human with flaws, as opposed to a super hero, but it's good they mix it up once in a while. You have to see the previous film though.

If you are looking for old Bond then you will be disappointed. This plays more to an realistic Bond. The "tricks" are out and you see a plot with twists and turns. You know Bond will get him but how and when are the questions. They pay homage to Goldfinger in this one, but you have to be watching. Loved it and can't wait for the next one.

Funny how a new film can be a classic but this one is despite the reintroduction of conflict between bond and his boss that appeared in other recent installments of the 007 series-plenty of acton makes up for this little slip.

Daniel Craig is the best bond yet! This film I thought was not as action filled as Casino Royale, but certainly very entertaining!

I liked this movie because we actually get to see Bonds personality. It's not just blind action like the past Bonds.

Amazing movie, outstanding if your a person that loves James Bond. Great fighting scenes although there aren't as many as fighting scenes as Casino Royale (2006) Daniel Craig is the best Bond that ever lived.

As an action movie, Quantum of Solace might be decent. But as the follow-up to the superb reimagining of Bond in Casino Royale, this is complete and utter garbage. This film seems to throw away all that was fantastic about Casino Royale and revert to a dumb Bond film that fails to explore Bond's character or motivations, opting instead for poorly filmed action and some truly silly moments (the plane sequence) I will hope that the next Bond returns to what made Casino Royale so good: character development, good, realistic action and scenarios. Until then, I will pretend Quantum of Solace never existed.

Ok maybe not a masterpiece, but it's a definite great James Bond movie. Great dialogs, sexy bond girls, filmed all over the world, complex story, and good action scenes. Other than the Bond gadgets, nothing is missing. Great bond movie.

I hoped for so much more in terms of plot - they had a good premise to work with but it all dissolved into endless action scenes that were only there for the sake of themselves - not to enhance the story.

It was a pretty god movie to me and I've seen all the 007 movies and this one was good. This movie is for the people that like romance love drama and that know about the story plot.

I'm a real James Bond fan, and I thought I HAD to see this one. Overall, it didn't lack action-packed scenes, just the usual gadjets, and maybe a bit of humor. Since I've seen Casino Royale countless times, I understood the plot. I recommend seeing Casino Royale first, to get an idea of the film.

I've been Bond fan for over 30 years. This is one of the poorer Bond movies I've ever seen. Very boring and very predictable!

Bond, James Bond The watch Q MoneyPenny a plot that makes sense Are all things you will not find in this Bond film. Really, don't be surprised if Omega doesn't return as the watch, they got 0 screen time. I understand they want to redo 007 like Batman, but there is much to be desired.

Some people don't get it because they think this is a stand alone movie but thats were there wrong this is the second part of casino royale and I think it was a excellent movie! Daniel Craig makes it seems as if he really were bond, he shows emotions that I haven't seen any other bond actor show. Daniel Craig is as good or even better than Sean Connery.

This was the worst Bond Movie EVER!!! I mean and it is not hard to make a good Bond movie. Cup of action, dash of supercars and teaspoon of explosions and a pinch of sexy women. Simmer for 2 hours and serve hot!! This has been a successful recipe in the past. This movies was terrible, garbage plot, terrible story line. All round a failure on sooo many levels!

Anyone thinking this is going to be a typical gadget driven, Bond gets the woman movie should stay away. The film is more moody, the story is not so clean cut as to who the bad guy is. The ending is a little anti climatic but as with all Bond movies entertaining.

No story whatsoever. None at all. I gave it a 6 but that doesnt mean that it's a horrible movie it's just not so great. The action is as usual quick and full of explosions much like the previous James Bond movie. What I didnt like is the fact that it's a direct sequel of Casino Royale. I recommend watching Casino Royale before watching this one just to get you in the mood. I will repeat, the story sucks. Even a story of like saving the world from a nuclear silo in russia would have been more appreciated. James Bond has a beer, not a martini. Nice car chase in opening scene, nice stunts and all, overall rent it.

The "shake the camera around to make action scenes more exciting" school of thought strikes again. Note to directors: please buy a steadycam or stop employing meth heads as cameramen. The story is weak, especially when compared to Casino Royale. Also, worst villan since that newspaper guy. Googly-eyed Frenchman and his bowl cut buddy? Were they serious? For a more satisfying experience, watch Casino Royale twice.

Goodness, I loved this movie. Some don't like Daniel Craig, but I can't understand why! The two latest movies are the most realistic Bond movies ever. They aren't cheesy anymore! Blows the previous Bonds out of the water, except maybe for Sean Connery... And Daniel can so rock with blonde hair too!

One of my favorite parts of a Bond movie is the opening action scene. This one moved too fast, so that we had trouble following what was happening. This happened a few times in the movie. It was still entertaining though, but not one of my favorites.

Starts off great then becomes slower and slower. Only 3 good action scenes and very hard to follow. Loved the opera where he catches them. The end is expected and not that thrilling this is just a lead up to another one. Hes chasing something the whole movie but has no lead and than all of a sudden he has suspects. Great first scene and great scene with white at the beginning didnt expect that overall 6 out of 10.

Very boring. Very weak story. Daniel Crag is good, he was awesome in Casino Royale, but he had so little to work with; the direction was a mess as was the cinematography. And the plot? What plot? It was just one crappy car chase followed by a meaningless action scene after another. So very very bad. No jokes, no gadgets I can live with. But the idiocy of the plot is unforgivable. I hope they hire someone good to resurrect the series.

An entertaining picture that portrays James Bond as a Superman type character…able to leap tall buildings and that sort of thing. Bond thrives on epinephrine here. This new Bond is not human, he is superhuman - a comic book character - yet the story has some meat, some relevance to the environmental movement and aptly questions the political ideology of the day. A very good, comic book like, picture.

Another great Bond film. Daniel Craig is really bringing a fresh Bond to the screen. It's a great change. It's still amazing how a simple movie recipe can last so long. Bond finds trouble, Bond has girl... Bond discovers more trouble, Bond gets another girl... Bond almost solves the trouble, he gets another girl... Bond defeats the enemy, he celebrates with a girl. I do think it's about time that Bond and Moneypenny get it on! Cheers.

Well, maybe its because I didn't remember every detail from Casino Royale, but I must admit this movie got me very lost. The chase scenes are very entertaining, but I couldn't tell you anything about the story. Maybe there wasn't any, or maybe it was too subtle for me to understand it well enough to be able to talk about it.
