Great movie based on a great book, hlynur is damn anoying antisocial and briliant the same time.

It' s a movie modern and intelligent, the mean actor is very nice. The movie shows an aspect I didn't know :the island nightlife very funny. In the same time shows the beautifull view and a sun spectacular near the ice. It's great for the tourism in island.. :)

A wonderfully crafted story, very funny, satire& irony take you by storm. Cinematography excellent, music well aligned, acting on point, nothing/everything done over the top, go see it now.

Very actual with those party behaviors and lesbian relationships. Really funny but dramatic too. And Reyjavic even if its so cold looks like a fabulous place with all those snowy mountains.

Well COLOUR ME PINK... I'm ready to move to Iceland! That Hlynur is full of grooviness (and racy!.. not too often do you get the FULL FRONTAL in movies... well at least not the movies I *usually* see) This movie made me think of a roommate I once had in Norway, named Sigund* (*name has been changed to protect his identity) He was dreamy... it made my day... I LOVE ICELAND! I also LOVE the song LOLA, especially the do doo doo do do doo doo doo do do version in this movie. GO SEE THIS MOVIE!

Not for everyone but very entertaining in a "Jesus' Son" kind of way. Oddly funny for its depiction of the absurdity of life & how we deal with it with its twists & turns. A beautiful 2 hour trip to Iceland & back. Will see it again. Definitely recommend.
