Vantage point is a thriller with tons of excitement. It keeps going abck in time though, so if you don't like that then this movie is not going to be enjoyable for you. If you don't like to think in movies, this also might not be as enjoyable. I, however LOVED IT!!! And even if you don't like when movies go back in time or make you think, its definitely worth your while seeing it!!

Not bad. Gets credit for trying something different, although after the fourth point of view you begin to wonder if the next view is going to be that of an ice cream cone. Would have liked it better but the motivation for one of the bad guys and an act of another bad guy right at the end did not seem credible.

The repetition was painfully hard to sit through, but even if you don't mind that, the twists were mostly predictable and the action was fake and exactly what you would expect from a bad action movie. Terrible film.

First, you say "thats not going to be a very good movie" but it deserves its high rate when the real action takes place. At the end of the movie I felt myself very effected by the movie. Good one.

I normally don’t like repetitive movies like this. Like Groundhog Day, that keeps covering the same thing over and over. Be aware this IS 8 different views of the same incident in 90 minutes. But it seems to pull it off. Dennis Quaid gave it his all, and reminded me of Harrison Ford.

Like it acknowledges, there is language in the movie. The movie itself, though, has a great plot with a good number of twists so you don't see the ending until very near the end. Well done!

It definitely gives you a different prospective from all the vantage points.

I thoroughly enjoyed this film. Its style was unique in that it gave you a variety of different perspectives, but still kept you guessing the whole way through. Lots of pleasant surprises throughout - and a great cast!

I thought this movie was great. It has a really creative way of unfolding the plot, telling you what happened little by little. This is not a conventional or mindless action movie, but it has all the best elements of a good action movie with a refreshing twist. The acting is very believable as well.

I loooved it. It was pretty well done and exciting the whole way through. I didn't find it repetitive or annoying when they show the main event like 5 times. Some part was overdone and got a little weird but overall the film was pretty decent!

I enjoyed this film. It held my attention and had just enough suspense to keep things interesting.

Good one, no doubt. I can't stop to see it again. But I understand why someone rate it 1, vantage point, anyway, like it sooo much.

It won't go down in history as a classic but it was very entertaining and worth seeing. Those people complaining about the repetitious nature of the film completely missed the point. They are the type of viewer that need everything spoon fed.

Very different construction from a regular film, the timeline is repeated several times from different 'Vantage Points'. Likely because this was original proposed as a season for 24. I felt some of the story lines had no real purpose, but overall it kept me interested till the end.

I feel like this movie is a combination of every car chase and flashback genre movie I've ever seen over the years. Talk about a redundant plot and story line. I wasn't impressed once throughout the movie. It ran on a mostly predictable formula that has been proven to provide jolts per minute action to stimulate the viewer. Definitely a rental movie at best.
