Thought the animation was excellent but the story fell flat and was tedious. Both the human and the aliens come off as too stupid for their own good. Better characterization would have made this more enjoyable.

Took the family out to see this. (ages 3 and 11) Oldest kid thought it was cute and the youngest laughed at times. Not terrible funny but enjoyable for a family outing. If you can, wait for DVD.

I saw this movie and honestly couldn't get myself past the first 30 min. It's just unoriginal in everyway. Taking parts of this and that to put together a movie that's been done before. Cartoons can be so much more than that. Anyhow. Avoid unless you're young... REALLY young.

Got suckered inn by this movie due to its 3D nature. I love 3D movies and even though I knew I was not the targeted audience felt I would give it a try. Definitely a good movie for kids but for someone my age I did not enjoy this at all. I won't say don't go because if you have kids this is a good movie but for me personally not a good choice on my part.

It was pretty good the reason I am only giving it a 6 is because it was a little boring the characters played a good role but the reason it was boring was because it was not funy at all. There where no funny parts so it got boring. If you are under 10 you would like it but not if you are over. I have not seen avatar or 2012 but I would suggest to see those.

This is one animation that was actually made for kids. It had a few funny parts, but nothing to keep an adult interested. Skip it unless you have to watch it at home with your kids.

Guess my expectation was too high. The movie got all the funny parts in its trailer. Honestly if I'm younger I would enjoy it a lot more. The kids should def see it. I think Lem/Lim the boy is a very good kid.

I saw this movie with my nephews and sister and we really liked it. It was just the right length and the kids didn't stir, it kept their attention for the whole time. Not a bad night out at all.

This movie was a pain for the eyes. There were no suprises, flavors or funny things in this movie. The main idea was good but the movie sucked. So many bad childish lines in this movie. This is not adult friendly but more designated for kids below 8 years old.

Good movie; funny movie but many unexplained scenes. The movie felt kind of fast forwarded which lead to a lack of details. Wait till the movie comes out on DvD.

This movie could have been better, I thought it should have been funnier. It was funny how they were in a weird 1950's stage but "the rock" wasn't that good. The animation was nice but the movie isn't the best, still it's worth seeing.

I went to this movie looking for an enjoyable night out with a lot of laughs and this movie didn't disappoint me. The whole family enjoyed it. Yes, the jokes are a little corney, but fun.

Boo. Sucked. I didn't walk out because I wanted to see if I changed my opinion about the movie. I didn't. So, be a fool and watch this movie, but don't blame me if you felt like you wasted $9.00 after watching Planet 51.

I enjoyed the movie, the audience around me enjoyed the movie. Yes the jokes were a bit cheesy but the movie moved along and kept my interest and attention. No it will not win any major awards but it is fun to watch.

I love animated films, but this one was so poorly written that nobody in the theatre was the least interested in it. I walked out after about half an hour. Don't bother with it, it stinks.
