I found the movie quite short. I am not sure what I expected but it was more than what was presented. Having flown a F-18 flight simulator (not a game... a real one), I expected more.

The most spohisticated fighter in the world isn't the f-15 anymore, it's the jff... Joint Strike Fighter, it can takeoff vertically, transition to horizontal flight go supersonic and land vertically, the only jet in the world that can do that,.

Charming multi-generational tiei-in with Stratton's grandpa mentioned. Interesting to see the radar's identifying squadrons with color coding. We are huge fans of U. S. Air Superiority & never miss the Cradle of Aviation in Pensacola FL-museum of Naval Aviation & it's IMAX, too. Boeing could be more visible as manufacturer of such great fighters; as well as predecessor "McDonald-Douglas" of St. Louis, MO deserves a mention. Will probably own this when available..

This is the best Imax movie ever made. I've seen them all and the only other Imax which comes close is: Grand Canyon. Nine our of ten for me. Bill p. S. I'm a licensed intrument pilot.

If you have the least bit of interest in aviation, this movie is for you. No real storyline, but the shots of the various jets and the sounds are out of this world. I had to see it again 2 hours after I first saw it. It makes Top Gun look like Spongebob Square Pants. Must see to believe!! I will be seeing this again with my buddies.

After watching the trailer many times, I feel the trailer is much better than the film. The trailer has really cool music, the movie does not. Actually found only part of the movie really interesting. I probably would go see it again, just to make sure of my rating, but it would have to be for free.

6 - Not bad, not sure if it could be much better. I never wanted to be a fighter pilot so my expectations aren't so high. What I did learn was that I don't want to be a fighter pilot, and I've gained a new respect for those that are fighter pilots and for what they do.
