An excellent movie that parents and teachers can so relate to. A must see for parents esp.

Great story, based on true events I understand; and great acting, more so because of Viola Davis who did an excellent job. It is a thoroughly entertaining and inspiring film. Go see it!

This movie will inspire you to believe that good things can be accomplished if we shake off our apathy in exchange for a greater cause.

This film plays more like a made for TV movie except with a high profile cast. With some definite holes in the story and robotic acting from the supporting cast, the main stars couldn't save this film from being ordinary.

I gave this movie a "5" review, because Viola's work almost redeemed it; would have been much lower without her. I invited two special young adults to see this--they're teachers--what a disappointment for all. We were so bored---I fell asleep, and my son decided not to wake me up! We'd planned to discuss after the film... nothing to talk about--the movie is so cut and dried, black and white, you're a believer or not. We all agreed Maggie G. was miscast. There's nothing left to say. Went home right after.

Informative with a lot of dialogue. Feel good movie with the typical Hollywood formula. A bit long but interesting. You are really glad you don't live in the States and that your children are not in their educational system.

It was an amazing movie. Not slow at all, moving, and kept you interested the whole movie.

Excellent; very powerful, inspiring with a great message. The story is based on true events, that's why it gives you hope that when you really believe in something and fight for it, you can make a difference. The acting was great; Maggie Gyllenhaal and Viola Davis did oscar calibre acting. Loved every minute, a must see.

Long predictable hardly believable for a based on actual events.

Terrific acting by the two leads. There's nothing really new here that we heard of with the current poor education system of public school not just in the States but also in our city as well. Sadly, there are not enough individuals with the strength and determination like the women in the movie to fight the system for changes. Those women are the real heros.

Just not very captivating, the movie needs more to it, I found myself actually drifting off from the movie at times, instead of watching it, I felt like I would have rather been on my phone :(

It's so cool. I mean it's awesome, people can see how moms work together, that is an interesting movie.
