Will the awfulness of MIB2, didn't think we'd ever get a 3rd part to this franchise. Never underestimate the desire of studios to make a profit, or the lack of standards from the movie-going public. Thankfully, this entry isn't a complete disaster like part 2 and will most likely please the millions of kids and tweens that are its target audience. The plot has Will Smith's agent J going back to 1969 to prevent the death of Tommy Lee Jones' agent K. Once there he meets K as a younger agent (played spot on by Josh Brolin) Having Smith in the 60's is a winning concept and the film is also not without certain charms, but it's a long way from the clever, sharply written original. Seeing it in 3D is basically a right off, hardly ever worth it and the effects are sub par, even by kiddie standards.
