My 2nd Chaplin film on DVD, and it surprises the great 'City Lights'. A delicious Paulette Goddard joins Chaplin in his quest for self esteem in a corrupt society. He lambasts all levels of influence right down to the ungrateful unemployed. This one will stay with me for a long time.
