Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

The title of this movie is spot on. If you know Pride and Prejudice, and you like zombies, you'll like this movie. They shockingly faithfully recreated Pride and Prejudice, and then threw in the zombie element. If anybody goes to see this movie and gives it a bad review, it's because they didn't know what they were getting into. This movie is bang on exactly what you should expect and it's definitely exactly what the producers intended. I gave it a 9 not because I enjoyed it as a 9 (more like a 7 for me personally), but because I know they did a very good job making it, and I think for the target demo (my gf), it certainly is a 9.

Pride and Prejudice bores me to tears. Not at all my genre, but I've seen most of it while my gf was playing it because she loves it. I am bad at ignoring audio so I saw enough to get the gist and characters and storyline. I'm glad I did because it made this movie far more enjoyable because I could see how faithfully it was recreated and it made the zombie elements way more enjoyable. My advice: familiarize yourself with the original boring version and you'll appreciate this way more.
