Resident Evil: Retribution

Notice how all the 10/10 are from first time reviewers? All the 9 and 10/10 reviews are one liners. [...] an obvious insult to anyone trying to get honest insights into the film. Everyone who takes the time to actually review the film gave it anywhere from 1-7. I think the script, action scenes and dialog were designed to appeal to 11 year olds. I'm not kidding. I couldn't wait for this movie to end. Reported $65 million budget, but they couldn't possibly have spent more than $36.99 of it on the script. The only positive thing I can say about this movie (a movie I was super excited to see) is that it has the most 'video game' feel of the whole franchise thus far. This movie is full of one-liners that Ah-nold would find cheesy, and the script and acting are more wooden than my chopping block, which is where this movie belongs. I hope this movie tanks just to send hollywood a message. Remember how bad the second Matrix was? This is RE's version of the Matrix sequels. If you love the RE series (which I do), then you'll surely watch it anyway despite all the warnings here. Just don't see it in the theatre.
