A great zombie movie didn't read the book. Great scenes and action. What's really scary and this is true I think, not just a movie is how quick 'civilization' falls apart. The scene where they fly a c130 off a carrier was really cool. And they can-not just a movie scene, they tried it in the 70's as a test, the c130 had to use 'jato' to get off the carrier though. And they had footage of 2 types of plane a c130 and a russian type... about the only flaw I noticed. The zombies were great. Makes you wonder about the next plague. I wouldn't call this horror movie... more an action adventure. I think anyway. And what would summer be w/out one good 'end of the world ' movie?
