Based on the Marvel comic book, Man-Thing is a mindless creature that exudes flaming acid when it is afraid. When a real estate tycoon moves in on his territory in the Everglades, attempting to kick out the Seminole Indians that lay claim to the land, Man-Thing unknowingly comes to the rescue.
