Fists in the Pocket

Exhilaratingly anarchic and coolly beautiful, Fists plunges into the pathological family life of a monied provincial clan dwelling in an estate that somehow manages to be both luxurious and ramshackle. The eldest son feels stifled by his patriarchal responsibilities, which leads his sympathetic brother (Lou Castel) -- a depraved, childlike epileptic with incestuous designs on his sister -- to plan the murder of their blind mother, and anyone else who stands in the way of "happiness.
