It's election time in Dogtown and longtime Mayor Jack Russel has his nose fixed on a fourth term. But when Jack's goofy son Bob and his best bud Chester offer to help with the campaign, Jack sends them off chasing a lost Frisbee to get rid of the troublesome duo. On the quest to find the lost Frisbee, Bob and Chester discover a plot to smear Jack's good name and snatch Dogtown's mayoral race away.
