Watani, a World Without Evil

Watani contrasts the trajectories of two characters, each of whom loses their job on the same day: a white bank executive with two daughters and a wife consigned to a wheelchair as a result of a terrorist attack; and an African immigrant, also a father of two, who works as a garbage collector. While the latter vainly seeks other employment, the former drifts into the orbit of extremist right-wing hate groups who attack black and Arab immigrants under the cover of night.
